Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy

Available stock will ship from Winnipeg, Canada within 5 business days of the order. We ship anywhere in Canada or the USA. 

If you live outside of the available shipping regions and would like to place an order, please email [email protected] with the items you would like and we will arrange a custom delivery quote for you. Delivery time ranges from 5-14 days after shipping, depending on location and customs. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.

We offer local pickups where you can bypass shipping fees with the local pick up option.

Returns and Refunds Policy

The Oseredok Boutique Team works hard to ensure the items we ship are double-checked, handled with care, and adequately packaged. Despite our best efforts, we understand things happen. 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased from Oseredok Boutique, you are able to return your items for a full refund within the 14 day return period.  

Items being returned must have the original tags and packaging, and be in a new/unused condition. Consignment items, food, and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.

To ship your return, please follow these steps:

  1. To request a return, please send an email to [email protected]. Please ensure to include your: Name, Email and Order Number. Please indicate which item you would like to return.
  2. All return requests must be approved by Oseredok Boutique within the 14 day return period. Once we receive your return, we will review your order and upon approval issue your refund in the form of the original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds

We apologize if there is anything missing or damaged in your order. If this is the case, please reach out to us so we can rectify this situation. If we cannot get the missing item(s) to you, we will make sure you are refunded for the item(s).  

Steps: 

  1. To request a refund for a missing or damaged item, please send an email to [email protected]. Please ensure to include your: Name, Email and Order Number.
  2. If you are requesting a refund for a damaged item, please include photos of the item. 
  3. You will receive your refund within 5-7 business days of our response.
    • Please note that items purchased will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the item was purchased with gift cards, the refund will be processed on a gift card.
  4. We will not refund shipping and delivery fees. 

Exchanges

Oseredok Boutique is not able to accept exchanges through our online platform.

If you received a different item than what was ordered, we will accommodate you if your chosen product is available within 14 days of the error.

If your order is missing an item that is ordered, please let us know within 14 days following the steps indicated above.

If we do not have the item, we will notify you and refund you for the product.
